Posted: Tue Aug 12, 2008 9:36 am Post subject: STANS BUGGY FOUND!!!!! |
|
|
I am pleased to say that I and another member from this group have found Stans Buggy.I have been talking to the owner for the past month.I have told Site Admin about this some time ago.I have been waiting to tell everyone this until the owner has had time for a buyer to come through with the funds to purchase it.He has been in talks with this group of buyers for months.
I have been trying to get the owner to let me see it,but he didn't want to show it to anyone while still working out a deal.
So where is it you ask!!
Right now I'm keeping this to myself.Right now the owner is waiting for a reply from this group of people to come in by the end of the week.
So what does this mean?!!
Anyone who was thinking of going to the Ohio WFC meeting this saturday the 16th,should make a point to go.It is there that I will be telling all the story. And for anyone who can't make it chech bach on sunday and I will tell everyone else where it is.
So whats going on with the buggy?!!!
Right now the owner is waiting for the money offered to appear.Whats on the table right now is an offer of $70k up front, and 30% of any profits made from any sales of the technologies from the buyers. So this is the present offer on the table right now.If anyone can offer better, than their offer will be looked at by the owner. If anyone wishes to make an offer to the owner, they can contact me and I will give you the contact information to get in touch with the owner. This is being done to keep everyone from bothering the owner with false offers. In short time I will let everyone know who the owner is and where the buggy goes if sold.
So what can we do right now?!!!
The owner is looking to sell everything he has in this deal. And he has everything too. This includes all of the original patents, documents ,demo cells, injector parts, all the tax returns for the Water Fuel Cell business.Filing cabinets full of pictures, documents, videos, you name it he has it.
If we as a group can come up with an offer or find an investor, than he would listen. He knows of our meeting this saturday and may be willing to show and tell,if there is an offer. He should have an answer from this other group before then.
Now to prove that I really am telling the truth,he sent me two pictures.I will try to attach them with this post.If I'm not able,I will email them to Site Admin and have him post them. The first one is of the buggy, and the second one is of the VIC coil box.He said that this was just the box,but he's not sure what goes in it.Because he has so many things and he's doesn't know anything about the systems.
He also states that he does not know if the buggy ever ran with the injector system. So he makes no claims on if it works or not.
More will come later so keep watching for updates.

Mmmm, drooling heavily at the thought of being able to take proper measurements off those parts.
Wonder what it would take to buy it outright with no royalties?
Can anyone say "group buy" as in everyone f'n with makin hho, hydroxy, browns gas or whatever anyone wants to call it.
I hope he doesn't get hosed with a royalty agreement. An unscrupulous company could do it easily. Or a big corp with no intentions of using any of it (one of big oils shell company's) could buy it for 70K and he could end up with hardly nothing compared to what its worth to us.

Hello all,
It's been a long time since I have posted on here...
That doesn't mean that I have not been busy, however! I am the other forum member that Dynodon was speaking of.
As he has said, we have found Stan's buggy, but the buggy isn't all we have found. The owner has everything. And I mean, everything. Pictures, videos, schematics, prototypes, the actual demo cell that we have all seen videos of, the injectors...
We can only hope that this group doesn't come through with the money as promised, but to tell you the truth, I believe they will. It's not an enormous amount of money when you look at what the technology could mean...
IF you were wondering why you should be going to the WFC meeting on the 16th, this should be reason enough. Everyone that has done anything with hydrogen as an alternate fuel knows about Stan and his work. We will be filling everyone in at the meeting on how we came about finding Stan's buggy.
Thanks Dynodon for posting the pictures above... It's great to have some fresh photos of Stan's stuff out on the internet again. Since this has surfaced now, maybe we can shed some light on the mystery that was Stan Meyers. I had hoped that I could be instrumental in helping bring this technology to the public, but unfortunately this wasn't the way I had it planned. Now that we have found it, it might slip through our hands once again. To me, that's very frustrating, but unless we can come up with a real investment equal to or more than currently offered, there isn't much we can do but watch it go away...
If someone out there is reading this and has access to, or can get access to anyone with this kind of money, please contact us as we CAN make something happen, but the owner will only listen to legitimate offers.
Ok, guys, the future of Stan Meyers legacy is in YOUR hands.
What will you do with it?

Oh man, I would pay $500 just to see the inside of the VIC box or a couple high res pictures.
Before it get sold, one should ask the owner for permission to take tonns of pictures, close ups ect.
if that is an option.
Cheers
.

yes we can pay $$ to just look in to that VIC BOX.removing those 4 screws will do the job
and i have a Little doubt whether its the original or not.bcz that buggy and vic box looks quite neat.i mean neatly machined and assembled ready to use.usually prototype looks kinda rough.
may be iam wrong.
any way good see the pictures.

| this is the buggy in the stanley meyer documentary where the narrator said that stanley meyer said he would have this prototype up and running within 12 months....so how long after the making of this documentary was stan killed.....maybe this might be either finished or unfinished buggy.

| I'm surprised after all that has been done and happened history just repeats. Why doesn't the fellow in question release it all under an open source license?

That would be a truly heroic thing to do. javascript:emoticon(' ')
prayer
But if that won't happen, maybe we can come up with a solution to make this person some money if that is their motivation. I think there would be quite a lot of donations to release this info open source.
I'm sure everyone has some ideas, lets hear them.

Guys,
If you still didn't sell - DON'T SELL, YOUR CONTRACT TERMS ARE TERRIBLE! It guarantees that your invention will never see a light of day.
Don't EVER sell things like that - some money + future profits above 10% - this GUARANTEES that your invention will just be put on a shelf forever. Have you seen other car manufacturing companies shell out 30% of their money to someone? Really? They will GO BANKRUPT in a blink of an eye if they had to do just that. You MUST HAVE A STRONG LAWYER draw a contract, which will have several clauses, such as:
1. A clause for you to take technology back if it doesn't see a light of day, i.e. if for instance they don't produce sales of at least $5,000,000 in the next 5 years.
2. A clause with gradually decreasing % you will get from sales. Nobody is going to shell 30% to you - GUARANTEED. So draw a scale, like 30% if sales are under $1,000,000 ; 20% between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 ; 10% of between $5 and $50 million, 5% above $50 million. Don't get greedy, get real.
3. $70,000 for this type of invention, if it is a real invention - IT IS A STEAL OF A LIFETIME. So...that tells me that there's something you may be hiding.

who sold what now?
Nothing has been bought or sold. We are trying to acquire the tech from an unnamed, undisclosed individual. If we can buy it, we will....somehow. No legal hob-de-blob, no contract, just money for stuff if possible. We could however set up a 'if you donate, you get the details/photos/specs kind of thing... which would require legal intervention. Shouldn't be a problem, as I have a couple of attorneys that work for free
