Resonant gas production,

This differs from just plain high voltage, the voltage pulses in the resonant gas production are a little off set to the resonant LC circuit because it needs to be timed so that the high voltage stripes off the electrons, then you have to tune the envelope frequency (an envelope is the on/off pulses between each gap) to the point that it lets the ionised electron recombine with the hydrogen atom.

Resonance has a much higher gas yield because of the polarisation and ionisation process, simply switching off the covalent bond of the water molecule.

Thanks,

Pulsed,
